If in the event that there is a dire need for you (our most esteem client of all, ever in the history of clients) wish to return such a majestic piece of work, we are actually willing to help as long as it is still in the original wrapper and unopened. All you need to do is send us an email @ info@ punchlinebandit.com with the Heading “Return” and add your purchase date and please include the Courier tracking number, (return shipping costs are for your account). After all that, we will process your refund as soon as our warehouse receives the consignment in good condition, after which, your refund will be credited to your account within 14 business days. The above applies to the region of the US of A only. That’s as far as the policy goes… sorry Canada, and the rest of the World, seems like regifting just got popular huh?

Logistics

check out your emails of you order confirmation that has your tracing number. If you are 1 000 % certain that your parcel is missing, just send us an email and we can get on top of it.

Our shippers send products to most region in the known world. This might take a while and we have no actual control of shipping dates, delays and the process involved. Duties and any taxes are for the purchaser’s account.

the short answer is …..Yup ! This is a Shopify store so all good there. Also for our big time distributors, we use Stripe(insert Link ) for wholesale transactions which are literally the market leaders in ecommerce transaction services.

We unfortunately don't accept pitches, submissions, or anything like that. We're not a game publisher! We just make Cards Against Humanity, and we can barely get our own stuff out the door.
Yes. We don't store any of your credit card information (that's handled by our payment processor, Stripe) and we'll never share your personal information with anyone else.
